  3. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Lovosice

    The archival fonds comprises documents resulting from the activities of the court operating in the Lovosice judicial district in 1938-1945. Jewish matters only show up in file L – forced administration of Jewish property 1940-1943 (inv. No. 128).

  4. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Kadaň

    In the materials concerning the criminal agenda there are files relating to the breach of the duty to use the supplemental first name Israel for Jewish men, and Sára for Jewish women, 1940.

  5. Landrat (District Councillor) of Kadaň

    Documents concerning the Jewish population can be found in the inv. No. 54 (labelled as "various unclassified files") - they include, in particular, lists of Jews and Jewish peple of mixed racein the district of Kadaň and documents about the Aryanization of Jewish property.

  6. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Úštěk

    The archival fonds comprises documents resulting from the activities of the court operating in the Úštěk Judicial District in 1938-1945. In the fonds's inventory we find reference to the Jewish matters only under inv. No. 13 – Jewish debts 1940-1942. Jewish-related documents can also be founded in the unarranged part of the fonds in the collection of deeds for the land books, which also contains documents of transfers of property originally belonging to Jewish owners (private and legal persons).

    The archive fonds contains archival records resulting from the activity of the Amtsgericht (District Court), which operated in the area of the judicial district of Stod during the German occupation, where also inhabitants of Jewish lived.   11. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Duchcov

    The fonds includes documents of the court functioning in the territory of the judicial district of Duchcov in 1938-1945. The files from 1941, labelled Cs, include reports on Jews who did not respect the Nazi order to use names of Israel and Sara in addition to their own names (inv. No. 9).     The fonds contains records arising from the activities of the Amtsgericht (District Court) in Jablonec nad Nisou. Records of interest include civil and criminal case records (books and files) – particularly inheritance records and documents relating to death-related measures and matters relating to the seizure of goods.   17. Cristallum - Arnold Schönbek and Comp., the Production and Export of Crystal Glass and Reflecting Telescopes, Splzov (Spilzow, Splzow)

    Fragmentarily preserved fonds contains customary business documents (business license, accounting, list of employees). One of the partners Isidor Blum was of Jewish origin, with reference thereto in inv. No. 7 Resignation of Jewish affiliates from the company in 1938-1939.

  18. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Broumov

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Broumov District Judicial Administration (for the cities of Broumov, Meziměstí and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region)of the German Reich. The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Broumov District was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community. Possible mentions may be probably found in the inheritance agenda.

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Teplice nad Metují District Court Administration (for the towns of Teplice nad Metují and Stárkov and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region). The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Teplice and Stárkov Districts was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community.
