    Geschichte des Bestandsbildners Die vorläufige Abteilung Wetterberatung im Allgemeinen Luftwaffenamt (später Luftwaffenamt) nahm am 12. Juni 1957 ihre Arbeit auf. Im Zuge der Aufgabenerweiterung wurde sie 1961 als Inspektion Geophysikalischer Beratungsdienst der Bundeswehr Teil des Luftwaffenamtes.     Geschichte des Bestandsbildners Das Amt für Wertpapierbereinigung (AfWB) wurde gemäß § 64 Wertpapierbereinigungsgesetz (WBG) vom 19. Aug. 1949 (WiGBl. S.295) als eine dem BMF unmittelbar nachgeordnete Dienststelle eingerichtet (BAnz. Nr. 18 S. 7), um die Wertpapierbereinigung in den Bundesländern und im Ausland zu regeln und zu koordinieren. Es wurde in Personalunion mit dem Bundesamt für äußere Restitutionen, Bad Homburg, geführt.     Archival records in the fonds are a valuable source relating to development of the German Reich justice system in 1938–1945. For study of Jewish history, it is possible in particular to use files documenting a wide range of cases of looting of Jewish property in the Cheb region after having been abandoned by the owners during the autumn of 1938 and spring of 1939, this in particular concerning inv. № 39, box № 3–15 (criminal files ref. PLs, 1939).

    Archival records in the fonds are a valuable source relating to development of the German Reich justice system in 1938–1945. For study of Jewish history, it is possible in particular to use files documenting a wide range of cases of looting of Jewish property in Karlovy Vary after having been abandoned by the owners during the autumn of 1938 and spring of 1939, this in particular concerning inv. № 12, box № 1–7 and inv. № 13, box № 28–34 (criminal files ref. 1 PLs and 2 PLs, 1939).

    Archival records in the fonds are a valuable source relating to development of the German Reich justice system in 1938–1945. For study of Jewish history, it is possible in particular to use files documenting a wide range of cases of destruction and looting of Jewish property in the Stříbro region after having been abandoned by the owners during the autumn of 1938 and spring of 1939 and other forms of persecution of citizens of Jewish origin, this in particular concerning inv. № 16, box № 1–70 (criminal files ref. PLs, 1939).

    The fonds of the Official Prosecution office in Trutnov contains documents relating to this institution. Jewish history is covered only by the following documents: Jew Hermann Israel Klein was being investigated for the offense of not indicating his name Israel (inv.   10. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Bečov nad Teplou

    The fonds includes documents arising from the activities of the court functioning on the territory of the judicial district of Bečov nad Teplou. Although Judaica are not specifically mentioned in the inventory, they are most likely to be found in boxes 14-18 (forced auctions and forced administration of real estates, 1938-1945) and in boxes 19-26 (seizures of property, 1938-1945).

    The fonds includes documents arising from the activities of the court functioning on the territory of the Judicial District of Bochov. Although Judaica are not specifically mentioned in the inventory, they are most likely to be found in the box No. 15 (forced auctions of real estates (1943) and seizures of property (1938-1939)).

  12. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Broumov

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Broumov District Judicial Administration (for the cities of Broumov, Meziměstí and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region)of the German Reich. The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Broumov District was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community. Possible mentions may be probably found in the inheritance agenda.

  13. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Český Krumlov

    The fonds includes materials of the population and inheritance court, and documents of the civil agenda (inheritance files, family law files), seizure of property (seizure of property files and files of court eviction), and the criminal agenda (petty thefts, illegal border crossing). There can be found files of people of Jewish origin in individual sections. The documents of the population and inheritance court in particular show the criminal nature of the Nazi law and justice.

  14. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Cheb

    The fonds contains record books and files from the activity of the Amtsgericht (district court) Cheb and documents of the associated inheritance court. Out of the registry finding aids, the entire series of general and civil registers, registers of work disputes, forced administrations of real estate, debtors, inheritance and family law and criminal registers for example have survived. In the department of the medical court, there are preserved registers of care about race, with a list of names from 1940–1944 (inv. № 100–102).     In the materials concerning the criminal agenda there are files relating to the breach of the duty to use the supplemental first name Israel for Jewish men, and Sára for Jewish women, 1940.

  16. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Duchcov

    The fonds includes documents of the court functioning in the territory of the judicial district of Duchcov in 1938-1945. The files from 1941, labelled Cs, include reports on Jews who did not respect the Nazi order to use names of Israel and Sara in addition to their own names (inv. No. 9). Information can also be expected in the following files: Civil disputes 1938-1942 (inv. No. 4), Forced administration of property 1938-1944 (inv. No. 7), Private lawsuits 1940-1941 (inv. No. 8), and Criminal offenses 1940- 1945 (inv. No. 10).

    Information about persons of the Jewish origin can be found especially in the files marked 3/2 K (Seizureofrealestates, 1939-1941).

  18. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Horní Planá

    The files relating to persons of Jewish origin have survived in fragments: the recovery of debts from Jews who had to flee from the border regions, 1939-1941 (call No. K, inv. No. 20, box 9; call No. M, inv. No. 21, box 9). If the name is not known, searching is difficult. Files concerning Jewish inhabitants may sometimes be found in other parts of the fonds, too.

  19. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Hostinné

    The archival fonds of the Amtsgericht (district court) in Hostinné contains German judicial administration records and includes the following archival documents that relate to Jewish property: forced administration, 2–15 (incl. Pfefferkorn, Almus, Frischmann), 1939, Box 1; forced administration, 18–34 (incl. Dědek, Fuchs and Nettl, Freund), 1939, Box 1.

  20. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Hostouň

    The fonds contains archival materials from the lowest instance of judicial administration in the annexed border region in 1938–1945. In the library requests from 1940 it is possible to trace archival materials documenting the dissolution of the Jewish Religious Community in Mutěnín and the entrusting of its property to the care of the Aufbaufond (box 74), as well as documents attesting to the transfer of Jewish assets to the municipality in 1940 (box 76).
