Acquisition
The documents were originally stored in the building of the Bochov court. The files were handed over to the District Archives in Karlovy Vary in 1957 and 1963, being subsequently arranged.
Scope and Content
The fonds includes documents arising from the activities of the court functioning on the territory of the Judicial District of Bochov. Although Judaica are not specifically mentioned in the inventory, they are most likely to be found in the box No. 15 (forced auctions of real estates (1943) and seizures of property (1938-1939)).
System of Arrangement
The fonds includes registry finding aids of the official court and files (administrative matters, civil disputes, criminal matters and other undisputed matters) and also files of the inheritance court.
