    The fonds includes documents of the German occupation administration in the territory of Těšínsko, more specifically, in the precinct of Suchá. Jews are mentioned in the following documents: Lists of confiscated shops, factories and flat furnishings in the municipality of Suchá (1939) 1940-1942; Transports of Jews (1939) 1940-1942; Inventories of flats, factories, lands and Jewish property in Dolní, Horní and Prostřední Suchá 1940-1943; Jewish assets 1940.   2. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Kašperské Hory

    The fonds contains documents of judicial administration from judicial districts of Kašperské Hory, Sušice and Hartmanice, attached to Germany in the years 1938–1945. The agenda of the Office for Debt Relief contains, among others, lists of Jews, in the years 1940–1941 (box No. 65, No. 10).

  3. Landrat (District Councillor) of Železná Ruda

    The fonds was created during the period of Nazi occupation of border areas of the Domažlice and Klatovy districts and their integration into the system of German administration in 1938-1945. These areas formed Landkreis (district office), which was administered by the Landrat (district councillor) in Železná Ruda. The relevant archival documents include the following: The police agenda contains demolition of synagogues in 1939 (inv. No. 123), the agriculture and forestry agenda contain the temporary administration of Czech and Jewish land from 1938 to 1944 (inv. No. 301).

  4. Landrat (District Councillor) of Frýdlant

    The fonds includes a fraction of the preserved material of the Landrat (District Councillor) Frýdlant, in particular police matters, registry agenda and allocation of apartments to the persons with bombed out dwellings. Jews are mentioned in the file 81, box 6: Glück Fritz Israel Dr., Jewish prosecutor, property, 1942-1945. It is also appropriate to focus on the files labeled Kult that predominantly include religious issues.

  5. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Liberec

    The fonds includes judicial files - files of the company register with prior documents since the second half of the 19th century, the records of termination of companies after 1945, and materials concerning forced auctions and forced administration.     The archival fonds comprises documents resulting from the activities of the court operating in the Lovosice judicial district in 1938-1945. Jewish matters only show up in file L – forced administration of Jewish property 1940-1943 (inv. No. 128).

  9. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Úštěk

    The archival fonds comprises documents resulting from the activities of the court operating in the Úštěk Judicial District in 1938-1945. In the fonds's inventory we find reference to the Jewish matters only under inv. No. 13 – Jewish debts 1940-1942. Jewish-related documents can also be founded in the unarranged part of the fonds in the collection of deeds for the land books, which also contains documents of transfers of property originally belonging to Jewish owners (private and legal persons).

  14. Amtsgericht (District Court) of Broumov

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Broumov District Judicial Administration (for the cities of Broumov, Meziměstí and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region)of the German Reich. The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Broumov District was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community. Possible mentions may be probably found in the inheritance agenda.

    The fonds consist of archival fonds of the Teplice nad Metují District Court Administration (for the towns of Teplice nad Metují and Stárkov and their vicinity) in the Reichsgau Sudetenland (Sudeten Region). The inventory includes very brief entries. There are no specific mentions of Jews, the local Jewish community of the Teplice and Stárkov Districts was small, organization-wise it belonged to the Náchod religious community.     The fonds includes archival fonds of political administration of Broumov District (Broumov and Teplice nad Metují Judicial Districts in the period of the Nazi occupation. The inventory consists of only very brief records, in them among others mentions, see inv. No. 104 (sign. II-C/60) Anti-Jewish demonstrations 1938, inv. No. 114 (sign.     The fonds comprises only reports of domestic inspections in flats and commercial premises of the Jewish community in Opava and proposals for measures with seized Jewish property from the last quarter of 1938.

    The archive fonds contains archival records resulting from the activity of the Amtsgericht (District Court), which operated in the area of the judicial district of Stod during the German occupation, where also inhabitants of Jewish lived.
