Biographical History
According to the Decree of the Romanian Government no. 2770 of October 9, 1918, county courts/tribunals were established in Bessarabia. They dealt with the examination of criminal and civil cases, except for crimes committed by minors. The tribunals may also have examined the cases as an appeal inspection, re-examining the petitions of innocence. The cases were placed in county tribunals only if the offender lived or committed the offense within the county.
The county tribunals were formed in two sections: criminal and civil. Based on the amendments of December 25, 1926, cases unresolved in the tribunals could be handed over to the Court of Appeal in Chisinau.
Judges of the county tribunals were appointed by royal decree, at the proposal of the Ministry of Justice. In the same way, there were appointed prosecutors and secretaries of the tribunals.

Scope and Content
Reports of the Chişinău Prefecture about the incidents; correspondence with the Chişinău police questura on issuing a permit for the right to carry personal weapons; correspondence with the Chişinău police questura on individuals suspected of anti-Romanian activities; correspondence with Romanian prisons on individuals arrested for communist activities; the case of Etya Kichel and Zelman Griber that are suspected in communist activities; correspondence with the central prison on the prisoner Chaim Rabinovich; a case against the residents of the town of Călăraş Zelman Glos and Voza Luft suspected in anti-Romanian activities; register of denunciations; statements of citizens regarding the change of names; instructions on the national and moral education of citizens, et al.

Biographical History
Согласно постановлению правительства Румынии №. 2770 от 9 октября 1918 г., в Бессарабии были созданы уездные трибуналы. Они занимались проверкой уголовных и гражданских кадров, за исключением преступлений, совершенных несовершеннолетними. Трибунал мог также проверять дела в качестве апелляционной инспекции, повторно изучав ходатайства о невиновности. Дела передавались на рассмотрение в окружной трибунал в суд лишь в том случае, если преступник жил или совершил преступление в данном округе/уезде/жудеце.
Трибуналы делились на две секции: уголовную и гражданскую. На основании поправок от 25 декабря 1926 года те дела, по которым не было достигнуто окончательного решения в рамках трибунала, могли быть переданы на рассмотрение в Апелляционный суд в г. Кишиневе (Кишинэу).
Судьи уездных трибуналов назначались королевским указом по предложению Министерства юстиции. Точно так же назначались прокуроры и секретари трибуналов.
Уездные трибуналы были расформированы в 1944 году

Донесения Кишиневской префектуры о происшествиях; переписка с Кишиневской квестурой полиции о выдаче разрешения на право ношения личного оружия; переписка с Кишиневской квестурой полиции о лицах, подозреваемых в антирумынской деятельности; переписка с тюрьмами Румынии о лицах, арестованных за коммунистическую деятельность; дело по обвинению Кичеля Эти и Грибер Зельмана в коммунистической деятельности; переписка с центральной тюрьмой о заключенном Рабиновиче Хаиме; дело по обвинению жителей г. Калараш Глос Зельмана и Луфт Возы в антирумынской деятельности; журнал учета доносов; переписка и заявления граждан об изменении фамилий; инструкции о национально-моральном воспитании граждан и др.
