    Archival records in the fonds are a valuable source relating to development of the German Reich justice system in 1938–1945.     Despite the fact that this concerns a fonds of an important administrative institution from the period of German occupation, unfortunately only fragments of its documents have been preserved. The fonds contains documents relating in particular to Aryanisation of Jewish property. This specifically concerns materials documenting records, expropriation and administration of Jewish property (card files) including various lists of Jewish enterprises, 1939–1942 (box№ 10–15, inv. №19, call № Wirtsch II).

  10. Inspector of the Uniformierteprotektoratspolizei (Uniformed Protectorate Police) in Moravia

    Only some of the documents have survived from the fonds of the Inspector of Uniformed Protectorate Police in Moravia, but its significance is not small.     The Emigration Fund is important for discovering the size of Jewish home assets, and for drawing a conclusion from it about the scale of Nazi plundering of Jewish property.     The basis for the fonds consists of the surviving part of the registry office of the Brno branch of the Gestapo and all surviving rural stations in Moravia. The fonds contains the files of secured and investigated persons denounced for various reasons (listening to the radio, seditious speech against the Reich, sabotage etc.), records from actions conducted by the Gestapo against illegal resistance groups and actions conducted against Jews.
