Inventory 1, files 1, 2, 12, 13, 22. Documents on the use of Jewish labor at the objects related to Hitler's headquarter in the suburbs of Vinnitsa, the eviction of the local population, in particular Jewish, from the city districts, where later the German military and occupation agencies were stationed.

Inventory 1, files 12, 18, 22. Documents on activity of the passport registration department of the city administration: obtaining passports, residence permits, registration of the Jewish population, the search for fugitives, etc. These issues and similar ones are covered in the instructions of the city council and correspondence with the district commissariat on the order of residence and extradition of the Jewish population, resettlement into the ghetto.

Inventory 1, files 24-27, 30, 31. Documents on the organization of mass destruction of the Jewish population of the city and the district, in particular, on compilation of lists of residents of Vinnytsia psychiatric hospital (with indication of ethnicity), children of the Vinnytsia orphanage, with the separate indication of the sick Jews and Jewish children.

Inventory 1, files 33-116. The efforts of Jews to escape using false documents with another ethnicity specified in them often ended in denunciation, as evidenced by a large group of files with applications for issuance of passports, certificates of residence, extracts from housekeeping books and other documents.

Inventory 1, file 14. Information about ethnic composition of Vinnitsa population in 1941-1943, in particular Jews.

Inventory 1, file 135. Documents of the school-cultural department of the city administration, including the decree of the district commissioner Halle prohibiting Jews from working in educational institutions. There are data on dismissal of Jewish teachers dated by August-September 1941.

Inventory 1, files 1127-1135. Orders of the health department of Reichskommissariat "Ukraine". In the orders of the chairman in October 1941, there are prohibition for Jewish doctors and other nurses to work in medical institutions, and for sick Jews - to receive medical care in these institutions.

Inventory 1, files 162, arch. 6-19, 21-23. Documents of the department of municipal economy, which contain orders to reduce by 50% the wages of Jews working in industrial artels, associations of industrial cooperation. Jewish surnames can be found in books on salary payments in artels, workshops, etc. (inventory 2, files 175, 178, 179, 185, 187, 192, 193, 201-208). The documents dated by second half of 1941 - the first half of 1942.

Inventory 1, files 261-293, 300, 306-312, 313-579. Documents relating to the robbery of the property of executed Jews. These are acts on the registration of households, furniture, other property, statements of individuals and organizations regarding transfer of Jewish buildings and property to them; orders and acts concerning arrival of furniture and other property to warehouses, orders for destruction or demolition of Jewish buildings and sale of building materials; accounting and evaluation data on the Jewish home ownership; acts of technical examination of former home ownership of Jews. Immovable and movable property of Jews was handed over at big price to individuals and organizations for rent. This process of appropriation and plunder of Jewish property is seen in the decisions of the head of Vinnitsa administration concerning the lease of "ownerless households", in the orders to run inventory, sale of households; in numerous agreements on the lease of premises, where it is specified who previously owned the building (inventory 1, files 582-589, 590-598, 601-608, 610-1005).

Inventory 1, file 1090. Documents of the social welfare department, which contain the regulations regarding the exclusion of Jews from category of those to whom pensions and all kinds of material assistance are granted.
