דוח בנוגע לפעילות לאומנים אוקראינים מ-11 בנובמבר 1944 דוח שנשלח ל-Berlin בנוגע להקמת ה-UHVR (המועצה האוקראינית העליונה לשחרור- Ukrainska Holovna Vyzvolna Rada) באוקראינה. הקמת ה-UHVR ב-15 באוגוסט 1944, בעלת נציגות ה-OUN (ארגון הלאומנים האוקראינים-Orhanizatsiya Ukrainskikh Natsinalistiv) וה-UPA (צבא ההתקוממות האוקראיני- Ukrainska Povstancheska Armiya).
