Notes from Michal Dvir who submitted the material: Michal Mazal (Fintzi) Dvir was born in Vidin in 1942. Her parents were Avram Fintzi, born in 1914, and Sofi (Pinkas) Fintzi, born in 1913. They were married in 1941. Avram was a craftsman and Sofi was a teacher. During the war Avram Fintzi was drafted to forced labor and he returned home exhausted and ill. In 1948 the family made aliya to Israel.
