This supplementary series of JIAS records consists of case files, administrative files and graphic materials dating from approximately 1951-1984.

Very incomplete comprising about 150 families. The files are in alphabetical order.

This sub-series includes solemn declarations of Canadian individuals in the matter of their proposed immigrants or that of relatives for their temporary admission to Canada. The documents concern responsibility for maintenance costs, accommodations and other expenses. The records also contain , as well as translations of foreign diplomas, school reports, licences, etc. The files are arranged in chronological order.

Files consist of 1262 photographs showing immigrant arrivals, reception, clothing distribution, classroom scenes, adult classes, as well as various events such as Chanukah and Purim parties, outings, citizenship ceremonies, etc. There are also photos depicting JIAS staff members with representatives of other organizations, JIAS meetings, presentations, conferences, etc.
