Delmer, Alexandre
Biographical History
Alexandre Delmer was secretaris-generaal bij het Ministerie van Openbare Werken (1927-1945). Hij wordt beschouwd als de ‘vader van het Albertkanaal’. Tijdens de bezetting was Delmer voorzitter van het Comité van Secretarissen-Generaal.
