We noteren vooral documenten gevormd in het kader van de professionele activiteiten van Marcel Kirschen, in het bijzonder het proces van Rastatt (vooral het satellietkamp te Hinzert). Het bestand bevat, naast enkele persoonlijke documenten o.a. correspondentie in het kader van zijn activiteit als substituut van de Militair Auditeur te Velde, kopieën van vonnissen, proces-verbalen van getuigenverhoren, nota’s in verband met behandelde zaken en persknipsels inzake veroordelingen wegens collaboratie en misdaden tegen de mensheid.
