Dit bestand bevat hoofdzakelijk documenten die betrekking hebben op de activiteiten van Schreiber in London tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. Het gaat grotendeels om briefwisseling, nota’s, notulen van vergaderingen (o.a. van het Inter-Allied Information Committee), communiqués, werkteksten, uitnodigingen, documentatie (krantenknipsels, diverse publicaties), … over uiteenlopende onderwerpen als Belgische propaganda, radio-uitzendingen in het algemeen en de Belgische radio-uitzendingen van de BBC, Belgische marine, diverse organisaties (vb. de New Europa Circle, CEPAG, INBEL), … We noteren overigens ook een dossier over de ‘Joodse kwestie’ (nr. 13).
