  1. Collection on Vught, concentration camp in Herzogenbusch (Collection Prisons and camps) Collectie gevangenissen en Kampen-deelcollectie Vught, Konzentrationslager Herzogenbusch (Fond 250g)

    This collection contains documents relating to the Vught concentration camp in Herzogenbusch between 1943-1944. Including are documents, maps and some photos as well as pre-war correspondence and court proceedings.

  2. Leopold Prinz document

    Consists of German identification card (Kennkarte) of Leopold Prinz, born in 1888, which was issued on February 6, 1939. The document identifies Mr. Prinz as a Jewish man living in Berlin and includes a photograph. Mr. Prinz was able to leave Germany in 1939 and emigrated with his mother to Haiti and, in 1940, to the United States.

  3. Hans Kuehne letter

    Consists of a typed copy of a letter written by Hans Kuehne to his brother, Paul Kendal, in 1948, while Hans was interned as an illegal Jewish immigrant in Cyprus. In the letter, Mr. Kuehne describes his experiences on the boat on his way to Palestine, being turned back within sight of land, and life in a British camp in Cyprus. Also includes a photocopy of the original letter. Anne Kelemen is mentioned in the letter as "X."
