Biographical History
Sy Rotter, founder of the Foundation for Moral Courage, donated the documentary film "Rescue in Scandinavia" to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in October 2009. The film was produced by the Foundation for Moral Courage for broadcast on educational television in 1994.
