  10. Wilder family papers

    Consists of documents and photographs pertaining to the Wilder family, originally of Będzin, Poland. Includes an identity card for Josek Wilder as an employee at Camp Leipheim, 1947; a travel authorization for Jakob and Josek Wilder; papers and documents regarding the emigration of Jakob and Josef Wilder to the United States; and a pre-war photograph of the Wilder family. Mrs. Wilder and five of her children perished, while Mr. Jakob Wilder and his son Josef survived.

  11. Berthold and Else Sinai papers

    The papers consist of official documents, correspondence, and passports relating to Berthold and Else Sinai Fred Ward Sinay's parents and their experiences fleeing from Nazi-occupied Austria and their subsequent emigration to the United States. Included in the collection are reissuances of birth certificates, German "Deutsches Reich" passports issued under Nazi occupation, and a postcard from Berthold in Dachau concentration camp to Else in Vienna, Austria.

  12. Olga Gelb school photograph

    Consists of a posed school portrait of a group of girls, taken in Budapest, Hungary, in the mid 1930s. Included among the girls is Olga Gelb (now Mrs. Paul Weinstein), the donor's mother. On the back of the photograph are the signatures of the girls pictured.

  13. Moshenberg family collection

    Consists of the memoir of Elka Moshenberg, who spent much of her life in Israel and wrote her memoir to memorialize her family members who perished during the Holocaust. She lists those who were killed by the Nazis, and laments that she did not insist that they join her in Israel. Also includes a videocassette and CD-ROM documenting a trip to Turka in 2003, visiting many of the places mentioned in the memoir, as well as four videocassettes depicting a 2000 trip with the donor's cousin, Aba Moshenberg.     Contains four letters from girls in Children's Home in Otwock, Poland, photograph of Krystyna Reklewska [a wartime friend of Lilian Falk, donor], pre-war photograph of Lilian, post-war photograph of Lilian, post-war photograph and wartime kennkarte of rescuer Mrs. Bronislawa Hessen (Bronislawa Kaczmarczyk), war-time photograph of Lilian's mother, Dr. Rozalja Szajn, birth certificate used by Rozalja during the period in hiding, and a birth certificate used by Lilian during the period of hiding.

  18. August Jacquemart collection

    Consists of six war-time photographs pertaining to Hena Evyatar and Edouard Robert. Hena Evyatar spent the war in hiding with the help of Father Edouard Robert (Eddy), a Catholic priest. The photographs were donated by the Jacquemart family, who hid Hena for a brief period of time.
