The collection was donated to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum in 1997 by Janine Brittin, the daughter-in-law of Sonia Goldstein Halpern Volpe.

Scope and Content

Contains a photograph (unidentified, but likely Jacques Goldstein), and a letter to "Madame Veuve Goldstein" (likely Sonia Goldstein) from the "Fonds d'Entr'Aide," Brussels, November 1945, discussing a ceremony in memory of those lost and presumed dead in German captivity. The collection also includes a Hommage de Reconnaissance Medal awarded posthumously to Jacques Goldstein.
