Acquisition

Nicole Cohen-Addad donated copies of her oral history interviews to the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum beginning in January 2011. Dr. Cohen-Addad produced the interviews beginning in 2002 using a questionnaire created by historian David Cohen.

Scope and Content

Oral history interviews with Algerian Jews and with participants in resistance against the French Vichy regime in order to help the Allies land in Algiers during the November, 8, 1942 Operation Torch.
