The papers consist of documents, postcards, scrip from Auschwitz concentration camp, and family photographs relating to the experiences of Peter (Zvi) Zinner and his extended Zinner and Braun family members from Yugoslavia (later Bosnia and Herzegovina) before and during the Holocaust. The photographs include two original photos of the Braun family and selected photographs of Peter (Zvi) with his mother, nanny, and friends. Theresienstadt ghetto-labor camp scrip, 50 kronen note, relating to the experiences of Peter (Zvi) Zinner and his extended Zinner and Braun family members from Yugoslavia (later Bosnia and Herzegovina) before and during the Holocaust. Currency was confiscated from new inmates and replaced with scrip like this, which could only be used in the camp.
