Forms part of the Claims Conference International Holocaust Documentation Archive at the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum. This archive consists of documentation whose reproduction and/or acquisition was made possible with funding from the Conference on Jewish Material Claims Against Germany.
Original records located in Országgyűlési Könyvtár, Hungary. The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum's International Archives Project acquired the microfilm from the Országgyűlési Könyvtár (Hungary). The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the microfilm in 2007.
Scope and Content
This collection consists of the texts of Hungary's anti-Jewish laws and decrees from 1938 to 1944 that appeared in official serial publications. Records are derived from five periodicals: Magyar Törvenytár, Magyaroszági Rendeletek Tára, Budapesti Közlöny, and Csendörségi.

Arranged chronologically in seven series: Series 1: Jewish Laws, regulations, 1938; Series 2: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1939: Series 3: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1940: Series 4: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1941: Series 5: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1942; Series 6: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1943; and Series 7: Jewish Laws, Regulations, 1944.
