Acquisition

The United States Holocaust Memorial Museum Archives received the collection from the Archives départementales du Pas-de-Calais, via the United States Holocaust Memorial Museum’s International Archives Project in April 2008.

Documents on the expropriation of Jewish-owned property in the Pas-de-Calais; information on Jews living in the area, their businesses, the wearing of the Jewish star, and the confiscation of radios belonging to Jews.
