Order to collect and destroy all material and books with communist character in libraries and private homes. On July 16, 17 a great number of Jews has accumulated in various camps in district Bălți and there is nobody to guard them or to feed them. Reply to above report: the Jewish communities should feed them and they should be used for forced labor
