Moise Judkowsky, born in the Vilna region; details regarding his activities in the French Jewish underground during World War II Move to France before World War I; life in Toulouse including electrotechnology studies; early activities as part of the Comite de Coordination des Oeuvres Israelites de Bienfaisance (Coordinating Committee of Jewish Welfare Societies). German occupation; drafted into the Comite Rue Amelot (Amelot Street Committee) by Henri Rosenzweig; it would appear that he was arrested in the Velodrome d'hiver (Winter Sport Palace) hunt in Paris, 16 July 1942.
