TR.5 - Trials of Jews in Israel accused of collaboration with the Nazis, 1947-1969 In the Record Group there are legal files of Jews accused of collaboration with the Nazis while performing their jobs as Jewish policemen, informers and personnel in the labor and concentration camps. Most of the trials were conducted in the Tel Aviv Magistrate's Court, while in specific cases, appeals were reviewed in the higher courts. In the files there are indictments, verdicts, court proceedings, testimonies and additional legal material.

TR.5 - משפטים נגד יהודים בישראל באשמת שיתוף פעולה עם הנאצים, 1947 -1969 בחטיבה תיקים משפטיים של יהודים שהואשמו בשיתוף פעולה עם הנאצים בעת מילוי תפקידם בתור שוטרים יהודים, מלשינים ואנשי סגל במחנות עבודה ומחנות ריכוז. רוב המשפטים התקיימו בבית משפט השלום בתל-אביב ובמקרים מסוימים נדונו ערעורים על משפטים בערכאות גבוהות יותר. בתיקים כתבי אישום, פסקי דין, פרוטוקולים של הדיונים, עדויות וחומר משפטי נוסף. תיק מס' 7 יוצא דופן, שכן נועד להעברה לבתי משפט בגרמניה ואוסטריה לשם הכנת משפטים נגד אנשי גסטפו מ-Kolomyja. יוצא דופן נוסף הוא תיק מס' 8 שבו חומר על פרשת Marian Rotkopf, שהיה שוטר במשטרה היהודית בגטו Bochnia. בעקבות פרסומים על אודת גטו Bochnia לאחר המלחמה, פנה Rotkopf לבית המשפט היהודי האזרחי בפולין [בית משפט זה היה חסר סמכויות פרט לסמכות להטיל חרם על יהודים בקהילה היהודית] כדי לטהר את שמו.
