Gau Wien של המפלגה הנאצית: התכתבויות בנושא טוהר הגזע, ספרים, רשימות של עובדים זרים ושל מפעלים אריים ועוד החטיבה כוללת תיקים השגיעו ליד ושם מבין תיקי Gau Wien של המפלגה הנאצית, ובעיקר תיקים של ה-Gausippenamt (המרד לחקר המוצא הגזעי). הרוב הגדול של תיקי ארגון זה נמצאים ב-Wiener Stadt- und Landesarchiv בוינה. חלקים מהםצולמו עבור ארכיון יד ושם ומצתויים בחטיבה M.69. ביניהם נמצא האוסף העיקרי של תיקי ה-Gauamt fuer Sippenforschung (ראו פריט 9534449 ב"ספיר). Gau Wien של המפלגה הנאצית הוקם ב-1926. ה-Gauleiter הראשון היה Robert Derda. אחריו שימשו בתפקיד: מאוקטובר 1928 Eugen Werkowitsch, מ-1 בינואר 1930 Alfred Eduard Frauenfeld, ומ- 1937: Dr. Leopold Tavs. לאחר סיפוח אוסטריה חרייך השלישי מונה לתפקיד (בתאריך 22.5.1938) SS-Standartenführer Odilo Globocnik, הוא הוחלף עקב חשדות בשחיתות ב-31.11939 על ידי Josef Bürckel (ששימש במקביל גם כקומיסר הרייך לסיפוח אוסטריה לרייך, וגם כ-Gauleiter על חבל ה-Saar). ה-Gauleiter האחרון היה, החל מתאריך 7.8.1940, Baldur von Schirach, שכיהן כממונ העל אוסטריה מטעם הרייך. שלושת המשרדים העיקריים של ה-Gau היו 1. :Amt für Kommunalpolitik (המשרד לפוליטיקה עירונית), 2. Rassenpolitisches (המשרד לענייני גזע) 3. Gausippenamt (המרד לחקר המוצא הגזעי). החומר בחטיבה כולל את הנושאים הבאים: 1. התכתבויות של המשרד לענייני מחקר גניאולוגי של המפלגה הנאצית (Amt Fuer Sippenforschung) ב-Wien עם גורמים שונים, כולל ברומניה, צ'כיה, בלגיה, פולין והונגריה, בענין הוכחות על טוהר הגזע; תשובות של הנוגעים בדבר; הלשנות של אנשים פרטיים; 2. רשימת הספרים מספרייתו של ד"ר Zeopold [Leopold?] Moses (אשר גורש), שבהם מעוניין המשרד לענייני יוחסין (Sippenamt) מ-1944; פנייה בנדון אל ועד הזקנים ב-Wien; 3. רשימות של עובדים זרים; שמות של מפעלים אריים; 4. פניה בענין כתיבת ההיסטוריה של קהילת Auschwitz.
