Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 48, dated 25 May 1940 including the order that ghetto residents register for food distribution arrangements within two days All residents must register within two days in order to implement the food distribution; the house committees will provide the appropriate registration forms, at the cost of 3 Reichsmark.
