Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Circular dated 05 March 1941 issued by Rumkowski and the community offices: Circular issued by Jackobson, the Chairman of the Court, to department heads regarding deductions from salaries The court will deduct up to 20% from salaries; in the case of alimony claims, the court will deduct up to 40% of the salary for those working inside and outside the ghetto; payments will be made at the court only.
