Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 421, dated 06 August 1944 regarding the intention of Hans Biebow to address the workers at a tailoring factory, and the tailors at 16 Jakuba Street Hans Biebow will address the workers at the tailoring factory at 53 Lagiewincka Street on 07 August 1944 at 10:00; Biebow will address the tailors at 16 Jakuba Street at 16:00; the tailors' families are also invited to hear his remarks concerning the relocation of the ghetto.
