Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 209, dated 03 February 1941 in reference to announcement Number 206, dated 1 February 1941 regarding removal of property from apartments It is forbidden to remove property from apartments designated for evacuation if the removal of the property might cause damage to the apartment; damage prevention is the responsibility of the house administrators and house guards.
