Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 206, dated 01 February 1941 including the German directive regarding the cutting off of sections from the southern part of the ghetto German directive regarding the cutting off of sections from the southern part of the ghetto; establishment of a committee whose job it is to organize the transfer of the residents from the southern part of the ghetto and find them alternative housing; it is forbidden to find an apartment without approval by the committee.
