Announcements to the population issued by Rumkowski in the Lodz Ghetto: Announcement Number 125, dated 20 September 1940, regarding the division of the ghetto into 27 distribution areas for the distribution of relief aid and application forms for relief aid by the regional administrator Those requesting aid must fill out the application forms. After each case is examined individually, the aid will be sent by mail.
