Israel Kultusgemeinde, Wien, Auswanderung - Umschulung - Fuersorge (Survey of the Jewish community of Vienna regarding emigration, professional retraining and social care of the Jews in Vienna) and other places in Austria (Provinz), 1938-July 1939 Extent of the emigration of the Austrian Jews, the effort at professional retraining at the initiation of the German community, help to the needy; the survey ends with a call to offer help to rescue 70,000 Jews remaining in Vienna.
