תיעוד ממשרדי ההוצאה לפועל (Gerichtsvollzieherwesen) של בית המשפט ב-Hamburg משרד ההוצאה לפועל (Exekutionsbüro) הוקם ב-Hamburg ב-1 בינואר 1861, כתוצאה מההפרדה בין רשויות המשפט ורשויות המנהל. הוא נועד לאכוף החלטות משפטיות בעניינים אזרחיים, והחלטות משפטיות של גופי המִנהל בענייני רכוש (משכונות, החרמות רכוש, תשלום דמי שכירות וכדומה) בכל תחומי העיר ופרבריה, ומ-1876 גם בערים הסמוכות (Vororten). ב-1 באוקטובר 1879, בעקבות רפורמה שיפוטית, קיבל המשרד את השם Gerichtsvollzieheramt (משרד משפטי להוצאה לפועל). הוא היה אחראי לכל ענייני ההוצאה לפועל בתחומי בית המשפט המחוזי ב-Hamburg, ומ-1887 גם על המכירה של רכוש שהוחרם. תיקי המכירות הפומביות של ההוצאה לפועל ב-Hamburg מהשנים 1945-1941 (ומספר תיקים קודמים) התגלו בינואר 1991 במבנה המחסן והמכירות הפומביות (Lager-und Versteigerungshaus) של בית המשפט המחוזי ב-Hamburg. רוב התיקים עוסקים ברכוש של מגורשים ומהגרים יהודים, שאוחסן בארגזי הובלה (ליפטים) בנמל. מספר קטן יחסית של תיקים נוגע לקבוצות אחרות של נרדפים, כגון אסירים, צוענים ואזרחים פולנים. עבור ארכיון יד ושם צולמו תיקי הוצאה לפועל של יהודים. התיקים מסודרים בסדר א-ב, ובהם גם רשימות מפורטות של הרכוש. רוב התיקים עוסקים במכירת הרכוש הנותר של יהודים שגורשו למזרח (על פי החוק הגרמני עבר הרכוש לרשות הרייך). הם כוללים הוראה של ה-Oberfinanzpraesident Hamburg או של גסטפו Hamburg להוצאה לפועל למכור במכירה פומבית את רכושו של יהודי שעזב (בלא לומר דבר על הסיבה בגללה "עזב" את הרייך), ולאחר מכן רשימות רכוש (לעתים בצירוף הערכת השווי של כל פריט) וחשבונות על ההוצאות השונות, כגון הובלת הרכוש. במקצת התיקים יש התכתבות על תביעות פיצויים מהתקופה שלאחר המלחמה. לפי הרישומים באתר האינטרנט של ארכיון המוצא, תקופת החסיון על החומר בחטיבה זו הסתיימה ב-31.12.1986 ואין הגבלה על השימוש בחומר.
