Biographical History
The Fond mostly contains lists and indexes. In addition, there are records of citizens (residence permits and certificates of conduct), activities of the Traffic Department (records of remittances and licenses for gasoline and oil, data on registered vehicles and registered bicycles, tax reports). The Fond also contains some confidential files (daily orders).
