Archival History
The archive was delivered by the Court of First Instance to the General State Archives in 2010.
Scope and Content
It contains proceedings and decisions of war trials. A number of these cases are relevant to the Jews of Volos.
Conditions Governing Access
The material of the Court Archives is available to researchers and the public according to the provisions of the Law “General State Archives and other provisions” (the Law 1946/1991) and the Data Protection Act (the Law 2472/1997).
Conditions Governing Reproduction
Copies are available and are issued by employees of the Greek State Archives. Ratified copies of archival material are available upon application.
