Biographical History
V r. 1862 byl ve Dvoře Králové založen modlitební spolek, samostatná náboženská obec zřízena r. 1890. Existovala do nacistické okupace, po válce nebyla obnovena.
Acquisition
Archiválie se dostaly do židovského muzea v Praze za druhé světové války v rámci svozů historicky cenných předmětů a písemností zrušených židovských náboženských obcí Čech a Moravy.
Scope and Content
Fond obsahuje stanovy ŽNO, včetně změn (1862 – 1897, 1932), zápisy ze schůzí, pamětní knihu, jednací řád, seznam členů obce, finanční agendu, spisy a účty ke stavbě synagogy a hřbitova a album fotografií ŽNO vytvořené na počátku 40. let 20. století.

Biographical History
A Jewish prayer association was founded in Dvůr Králové in 1862. An independent Jewish community was founded there in 1890 and existed until the Nazi occupation. It was not re-established after the Second World War.
Acquisition
The documents were taken to the Jewish Museum as part of the wartime shipment of artefacts and documents from Jewish Religious Communities liquidated during the WWII.
Scope and Content
This fonds contains the community's statutes including amendments (1862–1897, 1932), meeting minutes, a memorial book, rules of procedure, a community membership list, financial files, documents and accounts for the construction of a synagogue and cemetery, and a community photograph album from the early 1940s.
