This sub-series of 627 files contains documentation of meetings of various departments, committees and subcommittees as well as of the National Executive Committee. These files include minutes, agendas, annexed documents and related items. The files are arranged by National Committee and then by regional branch. Within the above categories, files are arranged alphabetically by name of the committee or session and finally chronologically within each committee or session
