In dit archiefbestand vinden we uitsluitend stukken terug in verband met de opsporing, gerechtelijke vervolging en processen van oorlogsmisdadigers in België en de Bondsrepubliek Duitsland en inzake de verjaring van oorlogsmisdaden begaan tijdens de Tweede Wereldoorlog. We noteren de door Buch en anderen opgestelde nota’s (o.a. over oorlogsmisdadiger Robert Verbelen), briefwisseling, enkele pamfletten en affiches. Het bestand bevat voornamelijk documentatiemateriaal: officiële publicaties (wetgeving, vonnissen, ambtelijke uitgaves), krantenartikels, persteksten, periodieken, etc. afkomstig van verschillende instellingen en organisaties.
