Every perpetrator of sabotage or supporter of sabotage has to be executed. In case the perpetrator can't be found there have to be taken up to 1000 hostages of whom half have to be Jews. Execution after report to the local military intelligence and receiving approval.

The letters wish to invalidate his testimony concerning Sergei Nilus at the Bern trial due to his apparently been subject to a military court. A return letter from Gen. Abramov confirms this accusation in a vague fashion, stating du Chayla was accused of inciting to treason.

The file also contains examples and statements made by other Germans, referred to as "Persilscheine", "washing" former Nazi perpetrators clean of any crimes or wrong doing.

In 1938 Josef Hocke got to know Ulrich Hlavin, a former major of the Czech-Slovak military staff, through mutual friends. They met again in 1939 and 1941 – that's when Ulrich Hlavin told the defendant that he was being searched for. In early 1942 Josef Hocke allowed Ulrich Hlavin to hide in his warehouse twice.     Dispatch received via Odessa and Tuapse, reporting the preparatins for war with Germany. Soviet officers have been briefed on the German military, and report the invention of improved armor-piercing bullets. Reported also is the reception of airplane engines that were transferred to Sevastopol. The report asserts also that the authorities are doing everything possible to reconcile the population with the regime, for which purpose they take extreme steps and induce fear. Shortages in basic proisions, canned goods and sugar are reported.
