  1. Charles Rosenbloom Dachau collection

    Contains photocopies of camp prisoners' newsletters, proceedings and minutes of meetings, communiques, memoranda, correspondence, reports, and a scrapbook relating to Charles Rosenbloom's work with United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration Team 115 at Dachau concentration camp shortly after World War II and his involvement with the International Prisoners' Committee in Dachau.

  2. Ruth Wanderer Biheller collection

    Contains eight black and white photoprints of scenes in Aschau displaced persons camp and an identification card (Kennkarte) for Guti Wanderer. The photographs depict scenes of the ORT training school in Aschau and an Israel independence parade.

  3. Lilly Goldstein D. P. index card and vaccination form

    Contains a displaced person index card (A 10193) issued to Lily Kaufman (Lilly Goldstein) by the Allied Expeditionary Force in 1945 and a vaccination form for Lili Kaufman issued a displaced persons camp in Klagenfurt, Austria, in 1945.

  4. Jacob Mosberg collection

    Contains one identification card for Jakob Moszberg indicating that he had been a prisoner in Sachsenhasen and Bergen-Belsen concentration camps, one notice to Jacob Moszberg (now Mosberg) from the Ministry of Interior of Lower Saxony, a photocopy of Jacob Moszberg and Charlotte Moszberg's marriage certificate from the Bergen-Belsen displaced persons camp, and one identification card for Jakob Moszberg issued by Dr. Solomon Barash, Director Emigration Service AJDC Bremen.

  5. Basel family collection

    Contains two passports for Ruwen Basel, three identification cards for Fela Liebgold and Ruwen Basel, correspondence pertaining to reparation payments, and Ruwen Basel's work for United Nations Relief and Rehabilitation Administration (UNRRA) as a camp supply officer.

  6. Institut d'Histoire du Temps Présent map collection

    This collection contains color reproductions of 14 maps from the Institut d'Histoire du Temps Présent. The maps were created by representatives of the Comité d'Histoire de la Deuxieme Guerre Mondiale. They document refugee campsites, deportations, battle and campaign locations, atrocity sites, and resistance and anti-Nazi activity sites throughout France during World War II. Also included is statistical data reflecting the number of deportees, refugees, and prisoners in various locations.

  7. Irwin B. Zeisel's recollections of his experiences in the United States Army in Germany

    Contains a photocopy of the typewritten recollections of Irwin B. Zeisel, a United States Army Staff Sergeant in the 304th Medical Detachment, 76th Infantry Division, during World War II. He describes conditions he witnessed in Buchenwald and other unnamed concentration camps and unnamed displaced persons camps in Germany. Handwritten editorial corrections are included.
