Die Akten umfassen die Jahre von 1930–1953, wobei die meisten Akten aus dem Jahr 1947 stammen. Der Bestand wurde nicht vollständig vom Gericht übergeben. Erhalten haben sich nur die größeren politische Fälle, vor allem jene, die von der Staatsanwaltschaft selbst als aufhebenswert erachtet wurden. Das Archiv selbst konnte keine Bewertungen mehr durchführen, da bei der Besichtigung der Akten nur mehr der Restbestand vorhanden war. Für die Jahre 1946–1955 sind daher auch die Anklagen vor dem Volksgericht (vgl. StGBl Nr. 13/1945 und StGBl Nr. 177/1945) dabei, sofern sie aufgehoben wurden.

EHRI Data Policy
