    The Citizens Committee on Displaced Persons collection consists of material created by the Committee in support of legislation concerning displaced persons in Europe.     Contains a photocopy of handwritten testimony in Yiddish by Musia Gershenman, who, along with several other Jews from the Kovno (Kaunas, Lithuania) ghetto, was rescued by Antonina and Jonas Paulavicius. Included with the testimony is an English translation provided by the USHMM. The collection also includes a videocassette of the ceremony at Yad Vashem recognizing Antonina Paulavicius as a "Righteous Among the Nations."

  7. Peace leadership speech by Lange

    Audio recording of David Lange's speech after accepting the Distinguished Peace Leadership award. Annually, the Nuclear Age Peace Foundation gives the prestigious distinguished peace leadership award to an individual who has demonstrated dedicated and courageous leadership in the causes of peace. In 1988, Hon. David Lange, the prime minister of New Zealand, received the award for his country's anti-nuclear status.

    The Alan Marcus collection consists of one audio tape of the NBC production "The Girl Without a Name"; a photocopy of the transcript of the same production, a photocopy of "Ratachusky's Return," which was written by Alan Marcus [donor] and published in "The Atlantic" in August 1946, and photocopy of email correspondence.
