    • Collection of Placards and Other Small Printed Material

    The collection holds placards, leaflets, fliers and other kinds of printed material created by various organizations and institutions, mostly by Hungarian right-wing and extreme right-wing parties and movements before and during World War II, including the Arrow Cross Party and several national socialist and race protectionist organizations. Besides, the publications and various kinds of printed material, including placards and brochures issued by the Holocaust Memorial Center and its predecessors between 1990 and 2010 are also held in this collection.

    This collection contains documents relating to Aranka Fuchsova and her husband Jan (Hanusch) Fuchs.

    The collection consists of nine flower making tools, documents, a pattern book, and photographs relating to the experiences of Aranka Morvay Veljkovic (later Tajtacak), her son Boàz Givòn, and members of their extended family in Yugoslavia during the Holocaust.

    Videotape testimony of Aranka S. and her sister Violet S., who relate their surviving sister Eta's story. They tell of Eta's attending school in Budapest before the war; losing contact with her when she was hiding with Christian friends; learning of this through Violet's boyfriend who came into their ghetto from Budapest; and the coincidence that helped them to find Eta after the war. They describe their trip to Israel for a reunion with Eta and visiting Violet's boyfriend as well. They discuss the different ways their memories work.

    The Arbeiter family papers consist of wartime correspondence, a newspaper clipping, and pre-war family photographs relating to the Arbeiter family, originally of Płock, Poland. The later correspondence relates to inquests into the fate of Elek Arbeiter, born in 1919, who escaped to the Soviet Union, but had not been heard from since 1941.
