    A collection of four issues of Esquire magazine: one from February, 1942 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk on page 53 titled "The New Orderlies"; the second magazine from March,1942 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk on page 71 titled "The Map Maker"; the third magazine from April, 1942 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk on page 59 titled "Detour on the Glory Road"; and the fourth from May, 1942 with an illustration by Arthur Szyk on page 56 titled "Some Necks...?."

  9. Henry Kis collection

    The collection consists of a handkerchief holder and correspondence relating to the experiences of Heinz (later Henry) Kis who emigrated from Germany to Palestine in 1936 and the Kis family in Germany before and during the Holocaust.

  10. Collier's magazines

    The collection consists of four Collier's magazines dated Jan. 17, 1942; Mar. 28, 1942; June 20, 1942; and Sept. 12, 1942. The magazines feature illustrations by Arthur Szyk on the front covers.

  11. Anne Weil Wascou family collection

    The collection consists of two suitcases, correspondence, documents, photographs, and a photograph album relating to the experiences of Anne Weil Wascou and her family during the Holocaust and to the postwar efforts of Anne Wascou to obtain restitution.

    The collection consist of books relating to the experiences of Rose Kwar in Krakow, Poland, after the Holocaust when she continued to live under an assumed Christian identity.

    The collection consists of pastels created by Leon Target depicting a French post-war ballet about the Holocaust.

  14. Moszek Brycman collection

    The collection consists of posters and a flier advertising Zionist and Socialist events in post-war France as well as a commemoration for the Warsaw ghetto uprising.

  15. Leo Haas collection

    The collection consists of eleven artworks created by Leo Haas, some created during World War II when he was imprisoned in several concentration camps, and some after the war when he was a satirical cartoonist in Berlin, East Germany.

  16. Luigi Lucaccini collection

    "Mein Kampf"" and "Adolf Hitler: Bilder Aus Dem Leben Des Fuhrers." The copy of "Mein Kampf" was published in 1941 and given to a young couple Eck-Gerritsma on the occassion of their wedding, and was signed by the mayor of the town of Beuderich in Westfalia, Germany; dated July 1, 1942. "Adolf Hitler": 1936 album from Germany containing propaganda photographs describing "life of the Fuehrer" and disseminated by a cigarette company with photographs pasted in by the buyers; The album was later found in Germany by an American GI and dated May 6, 1945.

    Group of PM newspapers with illustrations by Arthur Szyk. Also, New York Times newspaper from January 21, 1945. The PM newspapers include the following: April 23, 1941, September 24, 1943, November 7, 1943, December 3, 1943, January 17, 1944, January 30, 1944, February 20, 1944, March 27, 1944, May 14, 1944, August 20, 1944, December 24, 1944 and February 22, 1945.

  18. Les L. Salter collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, correspondence, documents, photographs, and publications relating to the experiences of Ludwig Salzer as a refugee in Shanghai, China, and of his family in Vienna, Austria, and Opole, Poland, during the Holocaust.
