    The booklet contains a short biography and the letters of Christian Ulrik Hansen, who was executed by the Gestapo on June 23rd, 1944. He is planning to return the Christian denominations back to unity, should he survive. His letters are full of clarity and wisdom, unafraid of the looming death.

    The pamphlet provides facts and conclusions about the situation in Germany with a special focus on its finances. Since 1933 the rules and laws for an open budget are suspended. Germany has become a police state where the stronger (Gestapo and the Party) rule. A sermon by Pastor Niemöller from June 27th, 1937 is included. The emigrants are defended against the vile accusations of Goebbels and his propaganda machine. The secret speech of Himmler to officers in 1938 about the 4th front is analyzed and the question is asked if Germany will be able to morally withstand war against a liberal West.

    Edgar André was arrested on the day of the last election in Germany, March 5th, 1933. He was put in solitary confinement after being severely beaten. A short summary of his life is given, describing his social and political work among the poor, first as a socialist and from 1922 onwards as a communist. With the rise of the Nazi movement, he became a serious opponent who was under constant threat.     The Polish publication “Bishops and priest of the Lublin region in the clutches of the Gestapo” provides information on the abuse, torture and murder Catholic clergy had to endure at the hands of the Nazsi during its occupation of the Lublin region of Poland during World War II. It includes a list of victims.

    The typewritten report by pastor Harald Sandbaek describes the efforts of Danish clergy to resist the Nazi occupation. He was a well-known resistance fighter who was responsible for acts of sabotage,then captured and tortured by the Gestapo. He managed to escape wounded and continued the fight after his escape to Sweden.

    The publication discusses a reprint of an answer addressed to the writing of "The Myth of the 20th century", which was anti-church and anti-Christian. How this publication was created, printed and distributed in 1934 is recounted. After a disturbing meeting with Hitler, the archbishop of Cologne initiated the creation of a defense office against national-socialist anti-Christian propaganda. Anti-Christian publications were collected, counterpropaganda produced which was often immediately confiscated by the Gestapo. Overall, about 17 Mio. were distributed.
