  1. Songs of Erich Frost

    Songs of Erich Frost, a Jehovah's Witness who was imprisoned in the Sachsenhausen concentration camp. Songs include: "Wolkengedunkel," "Entfaltet die Paniere," and "Steht fest." These songs were composed while Mr. Frost was imprisoned and the recordings were arranged under his direction. The collection is comprised of four sound items.

    The Cytrynowski family correspondence collection consists of letters, postcards, and Red Cross messages to Nathan Citri from Yechiel, Genia, and Miriam Cytrynowski in Łódź, Poland and later in the Warsaw ghetto.The correspondents describe their lives, their preparations to move to Palestine, and their disappointment after plans fall through.

  9. U.S. vs. Ohlendorf recordings

    Recordings of the Einstatzgruppen trial "U.S. vs. Ohlendorf", specifically the proceedings of September 29, October 8-9 and October 14-15, 1947. Otto Ohlendorf, the commander of Einsatzgruppe D, which participated in the executions of Jews, Roma, and other persecuted groups, was sentenced to death by hanging as a result of this trial and was executed in 1951.

  14. John Kaufmann album "Deutschland, England, Australien"

    Album entitled "Deutschland, England, Australien" created by John Kaufmann (born Hans Werner Kaufmann), originally of Heidelberg, Germany. The album includes writings, drawings, and photographs chronicling his family and his Holocaust experiences as a German refugee who fled to England in August 1939, was sent to Australia in July 1940 aboard the HMT Dunera as an enemy alien, and interned in the Hay internment camp in New South Wales.
