  1. Brian Katz collection

    The collection consists of 85 Nazi propaganda posters produced by the Reichspropagandaleitung der N.S.D.A.P. (Nationalsozialistische Deutsche Arbeiter-Partei).

  2. Moritz Schoenberger family collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, documents, and photographs related to the experiences of Moritz, Helene, and Bianka Schoenberger, including their escape from Austria after the Anschluss and their roundtrip voyage aboard the MS St. Louis in 1939, Moritz's internment in France, and the family's emigration to the United States.

  3. Lea Grundig collection

    The collection consists of fourteen etchings issued in the 1970s of drawings created by Lea Grundig from 1934-1936 for three different series: Der Jude ist schuld [The Jew is guilty]; Unterm hakenkreuz [Under the swastika]; and Krieg droht [War threatens] to document and protest the Nazi regime and the persecution of Jews in Nazi Germany.

  4. Herbert Sandberg collection

    The collection consists of seventy aquatints for the series Der Weg created by Herbert Sandberg on commission from 1958-1965 for the Buchenwald Museum in East Germany (now Germany) on the site of the concentration camp where he had been imprisoned during the Holocaust and incorporating work he had drawn while an inmate.

  5. Anthony Bissonette collection

    The collection consists of 7 scrip notes of various Kronen denominations from Theresienstadt (Terezin), Czechoslovakia.

  6. Milton L. Shurr collection

    The collection consists of an ashtray, binoculars, model airplane, Buchenwald scrip, a hunting knife and sheath, a Walther pistol and sheath, and a watercolor, documents, photographs, and publications relating to the experiences of Milton Shurr, who as a member of the United States 1st Army Displaced Persons Team, arrived to care for prisoners at Buchenwald concentration camp soon after its liberation in April 1945.

    The collection consists of posters and books related to the Soviet Union, the Nazi party, and the Holocaust.

  8. Stephen Siegel collection

    The collection consists of seventy-eighty lithographs relating to the history of the Holocaust.

  9. Cyprus detention camp collection

    The collection consists of banners, stone carvings, flashlights, a compass, and documents relating to the experiences of inmates, primarily Jewish, who were held by the British Army in detention camps on Cyprus after being caught attempting to immigrate into British-mandate Palestine and of British Lieutenant D.P. Grehan, who served as a commanding officer in the camps.

  10. Fran Greene family collection

    The collection contains a dress worn by Fran Frost upon her arrival in the United States and a pair of suspenders worn by her father in Lukow, Poland, before World War II

  11. Helen and William Luksenburg collection

    The collection consists of a concentration camp uniform jacket relating to the experiences of Welek (William) Luksenburg during the Holocaust when he was imprisoned in several concentration camps and two photographs relating to the experiences of Welek Luksenburg and of Hilde (Helen) Chilewicz in prewar Poland.

  12. Dr. Sophie Turner-Zaretsky collection

    Collection consisting of one school diploma and five books owned by the Selma Schwarzwald (now Sophie Turner-Zaretsky)[donor] (with inscriptions). Five books published in Polish, which belonged to Zofia Tymejko [false name used by Selma Schwarzwald] and which she kept throughout the years and one diploma from St. John's Wood Synagogue school in London; dated July 26, 1950

Collection of 224 pictures showing the history of the Nazi Party with descriptive text on verso, dated circa 1933; in German. Personal correspondence between Solly Perel (donor) and Henriette von Shirach, one postcard, copies of three letters and newspaper article, dated circa 1991; in German and English.

  18. Gaston Schmir collection

    The collection consists of two children's books, "Mon Petit Trott" and "Contes et Légendes Du Grand Siècle," taken by Gaston Schmir from a school library in Brive-la-Gaillarde, France, in Apr. 1943. Gaston Schmir left the books in Haute-Savoie, France, before crossing into Switzerland, and he returned and recovered them after World War II.

  19. Moses Schulstein collection

    The collection consists of one typewriter with Yiddish type in a metal case, a pencil sketch, and documents relating to the experiences of Moses Schulstein, a Yiddish poet.

  20. Ariege collection

    Contains a copy of Vichy registration of Jews in Ariege, twelve copyprints, and oral history interviews with Jeanne Rogalle, Claude Delpla, and G. Ane.
