  1. Frank Meissner collection

    The collection consists of pins and medals, documents, correspondence, photographs, and a publication relating to the experiences of Frank Meissner before the Holocaust in Trest, Czechoslovakia, during the Holocaust when he emigrated to Scandinavia, and during and after the war in Great Britain when he served n the Czech Air Force for the Czech government in exile.

  2. Julia Rabinowicz collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, documents, and photographs relating to the experience of Julia Rabinowicz ahd her family during and after the Holocaust. Some of these materials may be combined into a single collection in the future.

  3. Sophia Kalski collection

    The collection consists of paintings created by Sophia Kerpholz Kalski from 1981-1994 about her experiences in the ghettos in Lwow and Trembowla, Poland (Lviv and Terebovlia, Ukraine), and her life as a child living in hiding during the Holocaust.

  4. Alexander Stankiewicz collection

    The collection consists of artifacts and documents relating to the experience of Alexander Stankiewicz in Mauthasuen concentration camp in Austria during the Holocaust.

  5. German political and military propaganda collection

    The collection consists of artifacts and documents relating to the propaganda activities of the German military and the Nazi Party in Germany during World War II, and also Allied forces informational services in the immediate postwar period.

  6. Frank Magid collection

    The collection includes German documents, a flier printed by the French resistance movement, the anti-American propaganda book "Verruchte Neue Welt" by Ernst Machek, and photographs and copy prints taken in Dachau concentration camp immediately following liberation recvied from Frank Magid, a Staff Sergeant with the 516 EVAC Hospital Unit of the 7th Army that liberated Dachau.

  7. Erika Rybeck collection

    The collection consists of a knapsack and a suitcase used by Erika Schulhof when she was sent from Vienna, Austria, to Great Britain in 1938 on the Kindertransport.

  8. Meir Baum and Issachar Ilan collection

    The collection consists of a drawing and documents relating to the experiences of Issachar Ilan and his brother, Meir Baum, during and after the Holocaust.

  9. Isaac Kornowski family collection

    The collection consists of artifacts, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Paul and Pnina Kornowski and their families as German-Jewish immigrants to France before, during, and after the Holocaust.

  10. Louise Lawrence-Israels collection

    The collection consists of a wicker chair and two books relating to the experiences of Louise Lawrence-Israels and other family members in the Netherlands during the Holocaust.

    The collection consists of multiple issues of newpapers: Grapevine, Stars and Stripes, and Yank, published during World War II by the United States Army.

    The collection consists of a suitcase and wooden crate that belonged to the family of Jakob (Jack) Winkler and Maria (Margie) Winkler.

    The collection consists of sets of tefillin and Jewish prayer books, relating to the experiences of Otto Adler and his parents, Serena Fell Adler and Mihail Adler, in Romania and Poland during and after the Holocaust.

  14. Arzt family collection

    Collection of documents, correspondence, photograph albums, family histories and genealogies, notebooks, a wallet, textile-covered box, small bottle, and souvenirs relating to the experiences of the Arzt family who fled Berlin, Germany for the Dominican Republic.

  15. Taubner-Kovacs family collection

    The collection consists of a Swiss schutzpass issued to Zoltan Taubner and Jozsa Kovacs Erika Gold's parents, 1 certificate for a work camp, Shell Koolaj R.T., issued to Zoltan Taubner, 1 certificate for a work camp issued to Jozsa Kovacs and Erika Gold, and 1 laminated dollar bill carried by Zoltan Taubner in the heel of his shoe while working for Shell Koolaj R.T.

  16. Anna Leist collection

    The collection consists of a handmade portfolio and five books relating to the experiences of Anna Zajac and her sister Lydia in the Ahawah Children's Home in Berlin, Germany, from 1936-1938 and her subsequent journey to Great Britain as a Kindertransport refugee in December 1938.

  17. Robert Holland collection

    The collection consists of two drawings and photographs relating to the experiences of Robert E. Holland during his service in the United States Army, 20th Armored Division, at the Dachau prisoner of war camp after the end of World War II.

  18. William Begell collection

    The collection consists of a wallet, documents, and photographs relating to the experiences of Wilhelm, Ferdinand, and Liza Beigel in prewar Vilna, in the Vilna ghetto during the Holocaust, and Wilhelm in the Dillingen an der Donau displaced persons camp in Germany after the Holocaust.
