The second article in the Belfast Jewish Chronicle (September 2005) was written by another refugee, Robert Sugar. He was six years old when he arrived from Vienna.     This collection consists of the personal correspondence of Lotte Oppenheim regarding the tracing of her mother, Berta Fraustaedter, after the Second World War. Berta Fraustaedter was a Holocaust survivor of Theresienstadt concentration camp.Included are correspondence with the Jewish Refugee Committee, the International Committee of the Red Cross and friends regarding arrangements for her mother to move to the UK.

    Personal papers and photographs of Irena Wittek documenting her life and medical career in Poland, France, Northern Rhodesia and the UK, as well as similar material about her husband Antoni Wittek. There are also audio recordings (in Polish) of Irena Wittek talking about her life in France leading up to the German occupation, her escape to England and life in London during the war.

    This collection consists of a copy jubilee album (translation from French) relating to the life and times of Estrea Aelion for her seven great-grandchildren in celebration of her hundredth birthday in May 1984, compiled by Jacqueline Golden. Estrea Aelion, of Greek Jewish origin, came to England in 1934. Her brother's family remained in Greece during the German occupation.
