Scope and Content

Cardinal Archbishop of Genua refers that many converted Jews willing to emigrate to Brazil cannot pay their boarding ticket. The Secretariat of State decides to send him 25 000 Italian pounds (lire italiane) that will cover the cost of the Genua - Rio de Janeiro tickets.
